Qoder CN is Alibaba Cloud's AI coding product line (formerly Lingma, officially renamed 2026-05-20): desktop IDE + JetBrains plugin + CLI, switchable mainstream domestic models or BYOK, three context layers (memory / Repo Wiki / knowledge base), Credits shared across the family — 'first-party Alibaba Cloud product + domestic deployment' is its official compliance narrative.

适合与不适合When to use it, when not to

适合：国内合规叙事（金融/政务客群是官方点名对象）、IDE/插件/CLI 三形态同账号、企业 VPC 专属部署。不适合：要海外模型清单自选、还在依赖 VS Code 插件（已停维护）。

Fits: domestic compliance narrative (an official 'first-party Alibaba Cloud product'; finance/government is the customer group the official page names), IDE/plugin/CLI three forms under one account, enterprise VPC dedicated deployment. Not a fit: wanting a self-serve menu of overseas models (the mainline model set is domestic LLMs); still relying on the VS Code plugin (maintenance ended).
